Fight That Isn’t His

As the warrior travels,
He is forced to fight
Battles that aren’t chosen by him,
That could be avoided,
That are picked up
By those who haven’t seen
What real battle blood is.
Nevertheless, he accepts the challenge,
He fights a fight that isn’t his.
And when he leaves victorious,
Owing to wisdom if his past,
Each battlefield is left
A coagulated mass
Of tangent emotions.
